Introduction

Ramzin Real Estate Broker: Land Rover Range Rover Sport SE 400PS 2023 Promotion Terms and Conditions Participation in this promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to clients who purchase property in Dubai through Ramzin Real Estate Broker, with a minimum property value of 1 million AED. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Ramzin Real Estate Broker are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

The promotion will commence once the first unit is sold and will conclude once 100 units have been sold during the promotion period.

How to Enter

For every 1 million AED worth of property purchased through Ramzin Real Estate Broker, the client will receive one (1) entry coupon. For example, a property purchase worth 2 million AED will entitle the client to two (2) entry coupons; a purchase worth 5 million AED will entitle the client to five (5) entry coupons.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the pool of entry coupons. The winner will be announced within seven (7) business days of selling the 100th unit during the promotion period.

Prize

The winner will receive a Land Rover Range Rover Sport SE 400PS 2023 model. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered. The winner is responsible for all taxes, registration fees, and other expenses associated with accepting and using the prize.

General Conditions

Ramzin Real Estate Broker reserves the right to cancel, amend, or alter the promotion and these Terms at any time without notice. By participating, clients agree to release and hold harmless Ramzin Real Estate Broker, its affiliates, and their respective agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion.
